We had a roof leak emergency...which was quite scary. These guys worked us in, when every other local roofing company was too busy. They identified the problem almost immediately! Amazing customer service! This is a great local business with honest, polite, knowledgeable, and hard working employees. We will absolutely do business with them again!
I called to inquire if they were capable of completing the work I needed done. I was immediately dismissed on the phone and told they were very busy. I was not even given the opportunity to explain what I wanted done or how long I was willing to wait. They might do great work but Ill never know. I couldnt make it past the terrible customer service of the receptionist.
I have used Creed and Garner Roofing multiple times now. They continue to impress me with their professionalism and attention to detail. They have a pride in their work that a homeowner hopes for when calling a service repair company. I would recommend them to anybody needing roofing advice, assistance, or peace of mind.

Had a mis-understanding with them previously and I was misinformed by the report received. There was no update to the report...... Creed & Garner are a reputable company and kept their word getting the inspection done properly.
